Dear Guests I am supplying the technical instructions for connecting for the interviews using Zoom

Before the Interview

1.  Check Browser Compatibility: Zoom works best on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox. Make sure your browser is updated

2. Test Your Setup: Go to Zoom Test Meeting to check your microphone, camera, and internet connection (ensure you have good lighting and background.

3. Get the Meeting Details: Ensure you have the meeting link, Meeting ID, and passcode from the interviewer

4. Open the Zoom Meeting Link: Click on the meeting link provided by the interviewer. If the Zoom app is installed, a prompt will appear to launch it. Instead, click Join from your browser (usually at the bottom of the prompt).

5. Enter the Meeting ID and Passcode (if required): 

6. If the link doesn’t work: Go to zoom.us/join. Enter the Meeting ID and passcode.

7. Set Up Your Video and Audio: 

• Allow the browser to access your camera and microphone when prompted.
• Click Join with Video to enable your camera.
• Click Join Audio by Computer to use your device’s microphone and speakers.
• You can mute/unmute yourself using the microphone button on the bottom-left of the toolbar.
• Look into the camera when speaking and ensure no distractions.
• To leave the meeting click Leave Meeting at the bottom-right corner once the interview ends.
